People use STAM all the time to claim glitched or otherwise impossible achievements, and nobody's ever been punished for it because it's a simple API call and nothing more. If you wanna make hackusations, go for it, but achievements don't correlate to cheating at all.

You can join a number of servers and claim every achievement with a single command, and likewise, you can remove achievements from any game with STAM. Achievements on Steam have 0 value or validity

even on your screenshots you play with someone that calls himself nitro, are we still pretending? you will probably end up just like that other pony cheater that got 20 years in prison
