After over 100 hours spent in this game (pre-order and played at launch), I can easily say that despite all the bugs the experience is good.
The biggest problem, for me, is the fact that the story feels cut off, No matter which life path you choose there will not be much of a difference except for the first few minutes of the game. And past a certain point, it feels like the story is becoming less and less polished.
The car mechanics are also pretty underdeveloped and quite messy at times.

This game has everything you need for a great experience:

1. A very well made world
2. Multiple choices for every main mission
3. Multiple endings affected by your choices during the game
4. Samuel the boatman, who makes you feel bad for doing 'High Chaos'
5. Replayability
6. Lots of secrets
Tip: Read the books when you have some spare time, they are pretty interesting
