If I remember correctly, select the veil, then scroll down on the menu, there should be a box or something that says "skin" and put it to, I think, 3. It goes to like 10 but they don't do anything.

Um, you know how you used to make those PACS? How did you get the skull Villain's Veil? I was looking for it, and found the normal kind, but not the skull one..
