Average Canadian Winter simulator with the added horror element of being in quebec.

If you really liked the first and need to know what happens, go for it. Personally I didn't enjoy it as much as the first. It was missing part of the charm of puttering around a small town.

That said, they up the ante on the horror with an initial "you are in quebec" jumpscare and later sticking you in a house with 4-5 quebecers that you must interact with entirely in french. A horror many Canadians can relate to.

Pocketpair do what Nintendon't

I don't think I've had this much fun playing a racing game since GRIP dropped.

Pros:
-Controls like I'm actually driving a jet-powered piece of construction machinery
-I get to use my DIO soundboard to the annoyance of all involved
-Customisation is just the right level of migraine inducing
-Runs like butter on the DX11 boot
-Good variety of tracks
-Low skill floor, comically high skill ceiling; both are entirely viable
-I have not heard this tier of buttrock soundtrack since Killingfloor 2 dropped

Cons:
-Camera drones can and WILL mess up your run
-Despite best efforts the blue track markers will be missed and you will drive straight into the ravine
-Occasional performance hitches (my 2060 caps out around 100 fps, average 90, in-race with all settings at max but it does drop to 30 on occasion)
-I have not heard this tier of buttrock soundtrack since Killingfloor 2 dropped
