The game is once again good.

Anyway, UI is fine. Am I going to make macros to take me places in the menu? Maybe.
Do I like the fact I have shortcuts? Yes.
Do I see people who can't use shortcuts to move around, the same as people who press windows and type in snipping tool, and manually use it from there. Instead of just doing win+shift+s? Yes...

Currently, my main issue is the lack of content. But, that'll come with time, so I don't mind that too much at the moment.

I love the gameplay, I think it's better than Payday 2 and I like the sliding, the lockpicking, etc.

Skills are a bit lacking in comparison to Payday 2, they just don't have the same feeling as they did in Payday 2. Here, skills are like: "Hack camera and make it loop the footage", "Sprint for 3 seconds to gain momentum (idfk what it's called)", "Able to hold 20% more reserve ammo" Sprint and reserve ammo are the more common things, that's how impactful your skills are, there's none of them that are super fun to use.

However, my main issue with the game, is how we level up. If I wanna level up, I gotta do challenges, and the xp is fixed so difficulty doesn't actually matter.
You like only playing stealth? Well, ♥♥♥♥ you, go loud if you wanna level up.
You have a map you love? Well, ♥♥♥♥ you, go play the maps you don't like to level up.
You only do loud? Well, ♥♥♥♥ you, go stealth to level up.

I like playing Payday the way I want to play, not the way I have to play it. Challenges are a cool idea, but not for xp. Lock some unique sprays, paints, gun skins, etc. behind it, not my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ xp...

Oh, also, music is inferior to Payday 2. I just mute the music and have the Payday 2 soundtrack in the background.



So, my conclusion;

Payday 3 is a work in progress with a lot of improvements, but a major flaw, and I also dislike the music in this one. Go play Payday 2, it's better in most aspects

Early game is mindless, I just stand in place and right click. Skills are fine, as far as I could tell. Skill tree is too simple and boring for my style, doesn't feel like any build customization.

Just go and play Path of Exile instead

I'll just list what made me play the game, and what made me stop playing it.

The good;
- Movement feels nice, and is really fun once you properly learn it.
- Story isn't that bad, probably good in the later stages, maybe. I wouldn't really know.
- Dropkick.
- Game looks nice.

The bad;
- Item durability. Fun mechanic when done well, and when you can repair your weapons (last time I played, you couldn't). Horrible, when all it does is just make me not use any weapons whatsoever, and I just default to dropkicking enemies into, or through, walls. 4 dropkicks will usually kill any boss, they have so far at least.
- Combat. It's the mindless fun type of combat, you either like it, or you dislike it.
- Night is supposed to be harder than day, but even on max difficulty, it's just day time with an xp boost...

Based on my own experience, ignoring all the bugs I had, I can't recommend this game

Combat is actually my favorite part of this game. It's simple, fair and a bit too easy at times.
The hentai is good, though there's only about 9 or so animated scenes.

And this might be important to some. The game is short. Like, 35 min short. So grab it on sale if you can, or if you really like this kind of hentai.

No idea when or why I got it, but, ey. It's free, so, I can't really dislike free DLC.

However, if you're considering buying this, wait for the full release or a 50% off. Not quite sure how good or bad it will be, but the current price is just... No... Unless it ends up being something amazing.

This game is so painfully slow, it feels like those 3 hours I got in this game, is at least 8. And not in a good way.

So far, I like the game. It's an interesting card battler, think something like STS. I'm not bored of the game yet, which is great. The game also contains items you can equip, not quite sure how I got it yet. I will update this as I get further into the game.

Short version: If you like a card battler, with good animations, and a visual novel like story telling. You'll probably enjoy it.
