Best star wars strategy game every made, full experience of tactical and strategic choices being made by differing factions, especially with mods like Thrawn's Revenge. Further, the original developers, Petroglyph, still update the game to this day, enabling modders to do more with an outdated engine.

Full recommendation if you are into star wars and grand strategy!

Serious disappointment for what could have been done in 8 years.
Interactions with people in the town are trash, when you are a ruler they don't even know you.
Some added flavor in 8 years would have been appreciated.
Instead weird dialogue options like some troops saying "Hello Sir, your orders?" when you literally started the game kill the immersion.
Also got a hard crash in the middle of my campaign, rendering it unplayable and I don't really know if I should start a new one if it is just going to crash again.
Really unfortunate to under-invest and under-develop a game that was guaranteed to sell massively :(
