"Does anyone have the same problem as me? When I launch the game using kaedrin, the new lords do not appear, I already cleaned the roaming / keadrin folder, downloaded the mod manager again and I'm still doing the same, using the game's shortcut everything works" Noticed this on KMM. Try hitting "Detect Game Installations" again, it seemed to do the trick on my end when i was having the same issue.
