- Aiming system has an off-feel, making shooting your target hard & inaccurate unlike Counter-strike, but on the flipside of the coin it makes the FPS more of a 'Rustic' home-made weapon feel.
- Base platforms are too small to place items within & moving around!!!
- Home items are poorly designed in size because they do not fit tightly next to each other!!! Should fit tight like legos.
+ New item blueprint system implemented, works great for the game & player, where if you find an item you haven't researched yet you may using the Research Table + Scrap Metal.
+ New Scrap Metal is interesting and welcomed by players, it created a valuable currency in the game which is used to research items faster, as well needed to build workbenches.
- Insane amounts of scrap needed to build some items like Workbench #3 and researching Armored Doors which is way beyond the reach of a solo player giving them a great disadvantage vs big teams that constantly farm & patrol the scrap generating areas preventing solo players from obtaining any to make matters worst!!!
+ Large & loyal community fans that follow the dev's weekly update blog.
- High Walls is a horrible building item that allows large groups to spam creating a monstrous dauntingly large COMPOUND that is impenetrable to solo players, making the game broken!!!
- New Base Decay System implemented, making it impossible for a solo player to properly armor their base, becoming an easy raid-able target (even with a 5 story 7x7x7 base built!!!).
- Rocket Splash Damage equal on every building part makes the game further broken and impossible for solo's to defend themselves. The damage from splash explosives should be spread out and NOT equal!!!
- Server wipes are once a month starting on the first Thursday of every month, love the consistency, but it forces players to be committed 20 hours a day as if it's a full-time job, the wipe should be once every TWO months.
+ Underwater treasure hunting system implemented, great idea!
+ Boating system implemented, created player-pirates that makes the game interesting.
+ New cave systems are amazingly beautiful! A bit too difficult to parkour your way through to scout. I feel more should be added to the cave system for an even more exciting & interesting exp.
+ Amazing NPC's that give off rare & valuable items such as 'Bradley', 'Helicopter', 'Cargoship', and 'Santa Claus'.

+ 2/5 A little difficult for new players as you will need to learn though your first playthough how to get up & running fast, but the game now has a first time player check-list system on your screen to tell you what you need to do next, which is a fabulous feature for new users.
+ Survival depends on your base-building strategy, befriending ability to create neighbor allies & FPS skills.
+/- Monitoring/defending your live base with loot 24/7 and continuous resourcing to build-up is demanding and even exhausting. Rust burn-out is a thing, where many players take breaks between wipes before returning.

I only want server wipes every 2 months, otherwise all my hard work is for nothing. I want to enjoy the fruits of my labor & hard work resourcing & raiding. Older people have committed jobs & families that they are forced to sink their time into, so not having wipes as often allows for more of a longer-term game enjoyment. Its so frustrating to come to a server to see all your hard work vanished forever. Also, splash damage on rockets is bull$hi!t, it only created more problems, as players then changed base designs to repel splash-damage by making a 'honeycomb' base design, but that added to the problem of bases being even more fortified. Foundations too small, cant move or put many items on it, I want the Legacy foundation size back as it was amazing! Also needs more PvE gameplay elements, monsters in underground cave systems that reward you with incredible unique loot would be amazing!

Building fortresses is demotivating for players to do fun raids, I would suggest getting rid of high-walls. Thank god for the hatch feature, it solved a lot of stairs problems I was having with my base design flowing. But these high-walls and splash damage rockets need to go, they have made bases too fortified and its demotivating players to make more basic raids which was a lot of Legacy's fun.
