It's a pretty fun grindfest to zone out to

It's secretly a subscription based game disguised as a free to play game. There's some free stuff to do but you're missing out on practically everything if you don't spend money.

The game also expects you to buy every expansion individually. It's less painful if you're like me and have been playing since shadowkeep since it's dripfed to you but as a new player I'd assume it would be very overwhelming. on top of that they expect you to buy the season pass every season.

Overall if you're willing to spend the money the game is pretty good and it's hard to get bored with how often they're adding content (good or bad)

Lightfall sucked and the game is steadily costing more and more money to catch up... FORSAKEN STILL COSTS MONEY!!! It's seriously becoming not even remotely worth the money investment to play this game. I was able to put up with it due to there being less to pay for but it's gotten completely ridiculous. These are the greediest developers I have ever seen and I feel genuinely sorry for any new player who wishes to try out this game.
