Loffiz enjoys public speaking, and is very well received by audiences. Eloquent, clear, persuasive, interesting, always captures the interest and fires the imagination of listeners. Comfortable in any situation, even when speaking unprepared and without notes. Loffiz completes 90% of assignments on time and to a good standard. Has proven ability to produce creative, original ideas, plans, products or methods,even if they’re not always practical, in line with organization needs, or successful. A good negotiator, who usually chooses the right time to proceed or withdraw in a negotiation after reading the situation correctly. But not yet infallible and may need more experience.
