I do recommend this game however as much as it is stable and fairly fleshed out, it does need more features as many here have also said,

-I'd love the general speech back though I understand it would cost a lot more to hire VAs.
-More diplomacy options, maybe threaten people with raiding or whatever unless they pay up?
-If you play as a viking, you should be able to do great blots and so on

Those are what i'd like to see tbh. Now the cons of the game.. Well..

-Battle AI is silly and awful, they barely attack and when they do they do it in waves which is easy to take on. I play on very hard and I lose like what, 500 to their 1500?
-No options for ambushing, i do know you can ambush an entire army if you do it right but i'd like to see a way to trick an army on the open field that they face a X number of units only to be hit in the back if you get my point.

Those are the only cons I can see imo. Some people would argue about how short the battle is and i'd agree but that is mostly due to morale and I suppose you could either mod that or improve it via your general/CA fixing it so they don't get shattered all the time.

All in all, I like it. Good graphics, stable enough for my PC and runs well.

I like the game's narrative, the story and all. Marcus and the group are all memorable but the only problem I have really is the arcade driving, it's improved since WD but still feels a bit icky. The UI is easy to remember and "simple" which is nice. The music is ofcourse good but could do with some sorts of update message when a new song is on.

No other complaints really, I recommend this.

I've had a great time playing this and now that the NDA is lifted, yay!! Great music and active development.
