No clue. Most likely the launcher's fault again. We've done everything we can at the moment to my knowledge.

How do you access the latvian naval focus tree, it doesn't work because it says "discuss with the latvian attache", but idk what to do, please help. This is about HOI4 RT56 mod.

Thank you for the swift response! From all feedback on the legacy mod that seems to be the only issue people are having, people think it may be the naval checksum file, so hopefully a quick fix
