Sorry for my bad English
TL;DR - Good game, good mechanic, bad tick rate, bad hit-reg, bad community, bad support, and if you don't want to have hundreds of dollar down the drain, stay F2P.

I used to play this game ever since it was in pre-season to season 2 It was pretty fun while it lasted, and dropped it after the hype died down and lots of blatant hacks. I came back to this game because my friend kinda invited me back in about November 2020. I was having a blast till then. I even paid quite a lot for those "seasonal skins" and "Heirloom" stuffs. January 2021 came and the hackpocalypse back again. Unfortunately, My account was also hacked and used to boost some Russian account. (I saw the record was in russian in the clan log despite I am Thai and only play this game in English). Soon after, my account was banned. Tried to contact to EA.... No response no emails nothing. hundreds of dollars down to drain nothing left.
The even more frustrating part is the community. After I was banned, I was looking around in the Steam discussion page for some advice, but from what i found out is most of the people ridicule those who got banned. I kinda lost any hope left in this game and in EA in the whole.

Anime-like + Visual Novel + Strategy Game = Why not?
