Inventory must not be hidden (under any circumstances)
The account must be settled in for a long time (it does not count that only Counter Strike 2 or Dota 2 have like 1000 hours)
Quite a significant number of friends (5-10 - this does not particularly inspire confidence, if you are sociable or at least play competitive games, you will 1000% have more)

Rule №1 : 100% blacklisting if:

Your Steam Level from 0 to 9
Hidden profile or hidden inventory
Impersonating another person or a bot

Rule №2 : Don't hold up or waste my time on trifles. Your task is to voice a proposal and wait for the result. Don't express dissatisfaction or try to show your rules - you found me, not I you.

Rule №3 : my inventory can be hidden when i should not be disturbed (this happens very rarely).
