Everything i could have asked for from a 15 year belated sequel. As somebody that one hundred percented the original back on PS2, this is honestly an improvement on the first game in almost every way. Only thing to really be asked is for a harder difficulty. I breezed through every level and boss fight without even using a healing item, right up until the final boss where i finally had to one time.

That said, I loved this. the gameplay was fun and exciting, the characters were funny and emotional, and the story was nothing short of brilliant! highly recommend!
