Coming from someone who started playing this game since the Pyromania Update way back in 2012, I cannot stand seeing the game that I loved having been neglected and mistreated like this, having clocked 9170.8 hours into the game since then.

Casual, since Meet Your Match, has been filled with a ton of bots that turn away a lot of new players.
New players, in order to even get a good gameplay experience, need to purchase some items from the shop in order to have basic functions available to them such as voice commands, voice chats and being able to type ingame, which bots already have and have made the band-aid fixes Valve tried to implement completely useless and asinine.

Anyone who's tried to speak out against the bots have been silenced and been made complacent either by those affected by toxic positivity, or by the bot hosters themselves, with threats of doxxing, leaking of personal information, or even outright swatting having been issued against said people who have spoken out against this problem.

The game is also filled to the brim with human cheaters, as well. Closet cheaters, blatant cheaters, wallhackers, crit hackers, silent aimbotters, backtrackers, you name the cheat, the game has that problem in it.

And to top it all of, the player count, despite being around 250k+ players, is horribly inflated by the amount of idle bot accounts compared to the actual real playercount.

As someone who has been doggedly loyal to this game during this game's golden years, I can no longer ignore these issues that plague TF2 due to Valve's neglect. I can no longer recommend this game to anyone that wants to try it out, until Valve does ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ something about the bots and the issues the game has that make it an unplayable mess.

I will no longer purchase any items from the store, nor will I purchase anything from the Steam Community market and neither will I support keeping this game in a positive light until something is done.

Valve, fix your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game already at this point.
