Loved the game for past 2-3 years but lately devs made a lot of questionable decisions ruining whole experience for me. I rly liked that Rust was like a Dark Souls of the PC Shooter world. Sadly for past year devs added to many monuments and made it 2 ez to progress. Even when I'm playing full pop officials the map is empty for half the time due to players being able to run low risk, low reward tasks all the time. The last straw for me was the recoil change witch killed the last bit of fun i had in this game. They justified the change saying that the new recoil will bring new players to the servers but frankly that couldn't be further from the truth. Whole player base is declining in a rapid pace and devs are focused only on making new sales instead of keeping their current player base. If U'll check the Steam reviews u can clearly see that most new players stoped playing the game due to cheaters and huge loading times but They'd rather ignore it and gave in to few reddit kids crying about recoil being 2 hard. I rly loved Rust and had a blast playing it but after latest updates I'm pretty sure that it will never get back to the state of the game that I've fallen in love with. Mark my words, they are trying to make another Battlefield/COD type of game just to please 12 yo kids playing in 20 man zergs.

Totally realistic "Ruin Your Life Simulator". If u are looking for a game that will leave Your mental health in ruin then it's a 10/10. If u like doin something that u hate, that breaks u as a human being, that takes your will to live and yet u keep coming back like a meth addicted ♥♥♥♥♥ then this game is definetly for u.
