Way better then what some people claimed it was going to be like.

It'll never replace the original game, but just like Resident Evil 2 Remake this is an incredible version.

Game is great, but it has it's issues.

Alt-Tabbing out of the game actually breaks the game, as it makes the text completely unreadable when you re-enter the game. There is no fix for this. You have to simply restart the game.

Playing through your first playthrough of the game gets intrusive text saying you "Unlocked a new Motion Comic" and it lingers on for a while breaking your immersion of the game's story and gameplay, kinda wish this was a much smaller box.

The game also doesn't highlight that there's a main menu option (using RT) and a Rewind function (using LT) which would have been nice to know in the "How To Play" section for the Rewind version of the game. It only really tells you the basic SFC controls.

I also wish this game had new Animated Cutscenes like the Intro, or at least a redrawn look to fit the style. Would have been a nice new coat of paint, but I understand the point of this release was to bring forth a proper English Release of a Horror Classic from the Super Nintendo era. I am pretty glad this game exists and I fully recommend it since it has 8 total endings to go through. It's short (about 3 hours long), but so many different scenarios can be done with just a single playthrough, it's outstanding. Hope all the little issues can get ironed out since I full approve of this release.

This is probably the best fighting game collection ever created.

Don't let the $50 price tag scare you, don't let the Online Monsters that play Sentinel, Storm, and Magneto scare you, don't let Justin Wong scare you, this is a must have for fighting game fans.

I've had this game for a long time and finally decided to play more then 10 hours of it.

It's absolutely one of the best games ever made. I've been going back and forth through my PC and Steam Deck and Steam Deck seems to be more stable for some strange reason, fewer crashes and less need to load up a new game just to reload the autosave or a previous save (although that still does happen, but I have never had a full blown crash happen on Steam Deck).

So personally if you have a Steam Deck this is a blast to get through, on PC it's still a blast, but just know it's not perfect and you may have to restart the game multiple times during your playthrough...unless you want to mod in some patches that make the game more stable then go for that. I personally didn't do it which vanilla it's still fine.

Great game, Obsidian doesn't disappoint.

The game really is Sponge Bob X Dark Souls.

Customization in this game is pretty basic. It's very much like Dark Souls, but very watered down, I have a feeling by the end game everyone's builds would be pretty similar.

I don't think this is really a bad thing cause it's not trying to be "better" then Dark Souls, it's trying to be something like "Kid's first Dark Souls", but just cause it can have that label doesn't mean you should think it's just "for kids", it's still a pretty challenging experience.

Also if you're buying this for your child know that this game does have "swears" in it. They love the word "Damn". But otherwise there's plenty of fish/crab puns to be had and lots of references to other games like Elden Ring and Among Us in the game.

I'd say if you enjoy the the Souls-Like genre and want a good chuckle here or there, this is a good one to pick up. It even has the awesome feature of leaving your "souls" outside of the boss arena from Lies of P.

Most of the complaints on the game were immediately addressed within the first hour.

There are more then 3 servers in the game now including individual games.

Framerate on Multiplayer is not locked to 30fps (constantly get 400+FPS).

There's a lot more controller support then people realize since the original PC versions had NO controller support.

IT HAS LAN SUPPORT! YOU HAVE NO IDEA, THIS IS THE YEAR 2024, A GAME IN 2024 LAUNCHED WITH LAN SUPPORT!

The major complaint I can give is that I question if the multiplayer is actually dedicated servers or P2P and it feels like it's P2P so if someone has a bad connection everyone has a bad connection, which makes me believe they used the PS2 version of the game which might explain a lot of what ya'll are complaining about.

Overall, the package is completely fine and works well. Wait if you are concerned about Multiplayer, but don't parrot things that are no longer true just cause you saw an article from 12 hours ago talking about what happened when the game just launched.

Early Access Review
Game is really good and very addictive. There are a lot of bugs, but for being an Early Access game it's very well made and I can't wait to see what this game has to offer in the future.

Played probably about 6 or 10 hours of this in Early access back in 2020 and have put in at least 4 times that after release.

I'm still in Act-1 as of writing this and there's SOOOOO MUCH CONTENT in this game, it blows my mind. Also the character interactions you can have in this game and the amount of dialogue choices we have is outstanding. It reminds me of playing the Mass Effect Trilogy for the first time and has reignited my love for these types of games.

I'd say if you want to get into CRPGs or any type of these games, This is probably the one to go for. I don't think you need a good grasp of Dungeons and Dragons to understand how to play either, it's just a really good game to play. There's even controller support so if you don't want to play with Keyboard and Mouse you don't have to.

For $60 you can't really ask for a better game.

Apparently this game has been in "Open Beta" for 2 Battle Pass Seasons, AND they're taking this game down in June.

I don't think this game is worth your time fellas.
