I knew i was going to love this game the day I played through it on the demo. This game had me dying of laughter, jumping out of my seat with fright, and pulling my hair out from the amount of times I died. Seriously though, there is a whole lot of trial and error with this game. Not a lot of people will be into that, especially with how linear the game can be. But I personally think that if you push through you will find some laughs along the way for sure! There were a surprising amount of movie references that I had noticed that gave me a chuckle. It seems the devs love a good Kurt Russel film! I absolutely cannot recommend this game more. Oh and don't even get me started on how great the soundtrack is. This is going to have to be my GOTY for 2022 <3 Thank you Professional Villains for creating this gem of a game!!! So much love went into this, It could not have been easy.

Also Let's get this to 100+ reviews!!! Ya'll know why <3

The game is fantastic, don't get me wrong. But atm there is just way too many bugs for me to justify giving it a thumbs up for now. I do recommend it, but not at this point and time. Wait for some patches. Performance is poopoo. My one major bug that really urks me is this audio bug that makes the sound very staticky. It's very unpleasant. I've seen Npc's T posing and lip movement not syncing with the speaker. Within moments of driving the car, the car swallowed some civilians made me do a barrel roll then get hunted by cops cause I guess I killed them lol. Then later on the car clipped through the floor while driving and I was stuck under the world. And lastly frame droppage! Lots and lots of frame droppage. Esp when out in the open with a lot of people or flashing lights. It's pretty bad.

This game had 9 years in development, 9 years. I know games take time to create, especially one that looks this good. But I expected a better experience. Especially with the multiple delays and all the hype behind it. I came in blind, didn't really watch any gameplay footage, so I didn't really know what to expect. Given the game was insanely over hyped I was expecting to be blown away, but I prepared myself for a potential let down and that's kinda how I'm feeling rn. Overall, it's a fantastic game, and I look forward to when I can play it smoothly but for now I say wait if you're on the fence about getting it. Give it some time. I'll most definitely change this to a positive review when the mentioned bugs are fixed because in the end it is still a pretty amazing game and world. Although, Witcher 3 will always be Number 1 to me.

I've played alot of games. Good ones, Bad ones. This was certainly one of the best games I have played in a long long LONG time. I started up this game pretty blind. I had it on my backlog for a long time, pushed it aside for other stuff. Until finally a friend recommended me to play it. I had NO idea what I was about to get myself into.

This is everything I could have ever wanted in a game. It has quickly replaced alot of my all time favorite games even.

You start the game as a young (sexy ahem) Yakuza man, Kiryu Kazuma, in the year 1988, beating up a guy for money he owes. He then gets framed for murder and that's where it takes off from there for the rest of the game. The beginning of the game is slow cause obviously they have to introduce the characters and the plot. But after you get access to the entire map that's when things got interesting. There's about 100 Sub stories throughout the game you will encounter randomly. Each and every one of them were goofy, quirky, or touching in some way. From helping a little boy regain his faith in adults by giving him a naughty magazine, Helping a Dominatrix dominate, Helping a man find his pants that were stolen from him, Teaching a kid not to be used by a girl he really likes, Helping a mother get her daughter back from a bunch of cultists who are trying to brainwash her for money. You can befriend all kinds of random people along the way too. And trust me all of these side quests were worth it.

You got all kinds of mini games too! I couldn't even believe just how many their were. There's American gambling games like Poker, Blackjack, Super 6, Roulette. Japanese gambling games like Cee-Lo, Oicho-Kabu (Both which I really enjoyed learning how to play) Cho-han, Koi-Koi and Mah Jong (Which I simply could not figure out how to play haha) Then you got some Bar games such as Pool and Darts. Real Arcade games! Fantasy Zone, Out Run, Space Harrier, Super Hang On, and UFO Catcher (but beware the audio when playing these mini games wonks out and blows out my ears every single time) And then lastly you have other stuff like Fishing, Bowling, Batting, Karaoke (My personal favorite), Telephone Club (Absolutely hilarious), Cat Fights, Shogi (a much harder chess. i couldn't play this lol), Disco Club (You can even dance w the famous MJ himself), Pocket Racers (Dreadfully long substory but i enjoyed it nonetheless), Real Estate (Quite boring tbh) and The Cabaret Club (I had a BLAST playing this one. I miss my girls already)

When I found out the game had two protagonists, I was upset at first. I had no idea who this other dude was and all of sudden it put a halt on the main story and now i was a guy who originally I called ugly and uninteresting. Only for moments later to eat back those words and Fall absolutely in love with him. Goro Majima quickly became my absolute favorite, and funnily enough i started to actually find him attractive too. Both protagonists have insanely great stories that at one point link up to each other, which was beyond exciting for me. Every single character that i met was intriguing. The voice acting is absolutely outstanding! You can feel all of their respect and love as they speak to eachother. I mean heck I teared up and cried about 3 times!! Not many games have been able to get me to that state and i'm telling you it was quite a journey. I'm so sad it took me this long to play this.. I look forward to playing the rest of the series but Yakuza 0 really knocked it out of the park for me, that I don't know if the others would be able to beat this. But There's no way i'm stopping now.

Overall I have never played anything like this. I only wish I could have understood Japanese that way I could have been more immersed, esp when some stuff aren't subtitled. This game might not be for everyone though. The game is uncensored from Japan so there are quite abit moments in the game that could easily offend someone. But for those willing to give the game a try you will most likely get such a fulfilling and satisfying experience out of the whole game. Amazing story, great late combat and Boss battles, and quite alot of humor. If you wanted to give Yakuza a try this is exactly where you want to start.

Pros-
~Great music,
~Excellent voice acting,
~Intriguing story,
~Well-made cutscenes
~Loveable characters
~The world around you feels SO alive
~Karaoke - Baka Mitai (ばかみたい) / 24-Hour Cinderella!
~Super serious crime drama

Cons-
~Monotonous random fight encounters,
~Equipment search missions essentially useless,
~Upgrades gated behind boring content at times (ahem Real estate)
~Camera angles can get quite wonky
~Not enough karaoke songs ._.

10/10 My only regret is I didn't play this sooner in my life. I pray for the rest of the series to make it's way to steam (sooner than later), and I'm very thankful these made their way to steam to begin with.

Thank you SEGA <3

I had no idea this was coming to steam. I was sooo excited for this years ago when i found out about it, Played it on GoG when it first came out, LOVED ITTT! But i eventually forgot about it cause i rarely used GoG. I'm so happy to see it now on steam. This game is fantastic. Best card game ever!

Short and sweet. Been wanting this bad boy for forever now. Very fun match 3 game with just the right amount of lewd and amazing art haha. It's tough but a good tough. Female voice actresses need work tho, I didn't like them. But overall it was fantastic! I do wish it was longer though, Or had a basic arcade mode/Endless mode.

I'd say grab it on sale. But i do look forward from more work from these dev's. :]

My favorite game to rage with my friends with. You either hate it or love it, But we still find ourselves going back to it. It's very simple and easy.

I can't even begin to describe just how amazing this game is. I knew i was going to enjoy it from the start, but i didn't expect what i got at all. I got something way more amazing. The story mode is about maybe 2 or 3 hours worth of gameplay. But the real real fun begins AFTER you have beat the game. The "Chicken Republic" mode add's an extra 50 whole levels of fun. It add's random effects to the gameplay making things very interesting. It slowly get's exceptionally hard even on normal. If you wanted a challenge you'll get it. I also feel like this game should come with a warning before you start it up because a lot of the Chicken Republic levels could easily give someone a seizure (js) So be careful of that. also there's sooooo many references in this game to other games even tv shows. Some examples...
-Mega Man
-Dragon Ball Z
-Metal Gear Solid
-Last of us
-Pokemon
-Rick and Morty
-Metal Slug
-StarFox
-Ninja Turtles
-Zelda
-Half Life
-Final Fantasy
-Back to the Future
-Steven Universe
-Skyrim and Gosh so much more. I could not stop smiling when i played this.

I can't see myself getting the hardest mode achievements though which sucks cause theres A LOT of them. The game on normal mode was good. I don't know how people can perfect the hardest difficulties, It's just way too much. As much as i love Rhythm games i can never play on those modes, Which is a shame cause i want those achievements lol >< In any case this game is beyond fantastic, for sure my most favorite Rhythm game now. Definitely has alot of replay value as well. For the price it is being sold at, I'd say it's a steal. There's just so much love in this game.

Hell no, You won't regret it.

Wow... This game literally blew my mind. I'm ashamed i hadn't heard of it until it was gifted to be randomly by a friend. Apparently this was first made available (free) for the phone but i can't imagine how i would play this on the phone being as hard as it is. (To me anyways...)

Lost in Harmony is an amazing Rhythm game that's also a runner type game. You ride around on a skate board dodging lightning, bombs, sheeps, old men on bicycles, Tetris blocks, Facebook likes (lol), and bears (n much more). At the same time you have to mash certain buttons when the prompt comes up like you would with like DDR or Guitar Hero (etc). It's pretty intense...

The music itself is f-ing OUTSTANDING!! Like holy crap, i couldn't even deal with how epic it was. It fit right in and was fantastically synced. I'm a little sad that i can't purchase the soundtrack in the store cause i would have in a second.

The story is really emotional... And yes there is story! I wasn't expecting much of a story with a game like this, it's not a huge story and isn't filled with big cutscenes but the little story that is givin as you play along the levels makes you feel all kinds of things. In the end i was just really sad. But theeeeeen i got to play as an cute little Daft punk looking robot and completely changed the mood back to happy. I got to skate around as a robot after i finished my story with the skating boy and the girl. The robot has abit more of a DUBstep soundtrack and the Boy and the girl have a more Classical, Soothing, epic soundtrack. Then on top of all of that there's a secret level with the girl after you beat those levels with the robot. So that was nice.

Overall This game is amazing. I went through a series of emotions playing this from start to finish. I love me a good Rhythm game and i want to say this is probly one of top favorites now... Along with "Space channel 5" haha.

The art is Suberb, Music is beautiful, Story is sad, Difficulty is HARD

One certain Tetris level (Dream 7) Was soooo insanely hard... I somehow managed to pass it... But it didn't feel good BARELY passing, esp when it was such a great lvl too... Being able to 100% this or any level really... seems impossible. And this is "Normal" Mode, mind u. I don't even wanna bother trying to do "hard" mode in this haha.

SOOOOOO with that being said... Let me also say as much as this game is outstanding to me currently the achievements seem to be broken... And i would really love it if they were fixed... Cause like... yeah... I hate seeing my profile say i have 0 of 58 achievements unlocked for a game when i no i've unlocked quite a few.
PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And also i really wish they would fix the difficulty just a bit. But aside from that...

This game is worth it if you like yourself a good Rhythm/Runner game with great music, amazing art work, good story that's also challenging and relaxing. I also would like to thank my friend again for gifting this to me... You are amazing haha.

Ghost of a tale is beyond a stunning game. I got this game from a friend back in 2016 during early access (Since it was on my wishlist), i played only a little of it back then because it was unfinished and i told myself i'd get more into it when the game offically came out. The little i did play of it back then i knew i was going to love it so much. The Graphics and attention to detail caught me by surprise. It's possibly one of the cutest games i've ever got my hands on. I loved the fact it was a sneaking game too. I had no idea at the time i got this game what type of game this was, I only knew that you play as a mouse and i wanted it haha. I was not let down at all. But let it be known it's not exactly an easy game either. There's alot of puzzles, exploring and examing little things around you. I've managed to get lost quite abit but once you figure out what u have to do it's awesome. The dialogues in the game are pretty humorous as well. I've caught myself laughing alot at the things the NPCs say. It truly makes me smile. ☺

My ONLY issue with this game is the fact that it can be too cute at times (I'm jk-ing about it being an issue btw). Often i'll catch myself just staring at my character (Tilo) and admiring the adorable little outfits you can wear and the beautiful scenery around him.

Now that the game is fully released i can safely say this game is worth every penny. If you like cute things and you like stealth games this is SO for you. Currently there are quite a bit of bugs though, so i will say that. But i like the game too much to even care. So there's that.

Side note: Playing this make's me feel bad whenever i hop on Wahammer: Vermintide 2 and murder rats (even tho they are evil too in this game) haha.

10/10 I only wish i knew about this game back in it's early early development so i could of been a backer as well. Would've been worth every penny. Thank you SeithCG for creating this wonderful wonderful gem of a game.
