I absolutely adored this game! With just the right touch of comedy and a charmingly compact storyline, it captured my heart from start to finish. Every moment felt like a delightful surprise, and I found myself eagerly exploring every nook and cranny of its cozy world. Plus, the art style? Absolutely stunning! It added an extra layer of magic to the whole experience.

What truly set this game apart for me was the unique concept of journaling different points of interest you come across. It's such a creative form of storytelling and added to the game's overall charm. However, if there's one piece of advice I'd give to anyone before diving in, it's this: pay close attention to the dialogue. Unlike some games where characters repeat themselves, here if you miss something that isn't written down in the journal, you're out of luck! I made the mistake of accidentally double-tapping the dialogue button and found myself momentarily lost in the story. Luckily, I managed to figure it out fairly quickly, but it's definitely something to keep in mind.

Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this game! It has quickly become one of my new favorite story games, and I can't wait to see what else the developers have in store.

Before I start I want to say that these are just my personal feelings and opinions on this matter. I understand that not everyone may share the same concerns, and some might not even see this as an issue. However, for me, it's a significant turnoff, and it's disheartening to see practices like this within the indie gaming community. Developers need to find a balance between monetization and player satisfaction, without resorting to tactics that could potentially alienate their audience.

With that out of the way, as I was scrolling through the achievements list for this game, one of them immediately caught my eye: "[Supporter] Buy the Extended Soundtrack to support our work :)". This seemed like an odd addition, veering more towards monetization than rewarding in-game accomplishments. Now, to achieve a "Perfect Game" status, players are essentially required to support the developers by buying their soundtrack. It raises questions about whether such costs should be bundled into the game's initial price.

The implementation feels somewhat coercive, potentially pressuring players into purchasing something they may not necessarily want or use. Achievements should be based on actual gameplay, not monetary transactions. While supporting the game is commendable, making the soundtrack a compulsory purchase feels rather heavy-handed.

Moreover, this approach somewhat diminishes any positive sentiments I might have had towards the developers. Had they opted not to include this feature, I might have considered supporting their project postgame by purchasing the soundtrack. However, as it stands, this mandatory inclusion detracts from the overall experience. It's disheartening to witness such tactics overshadowing the core enjoyment of the game.

Initially, I was genuinely excited to dive into the game. However, upon realizing what was happening with the achievement system, I felt compelled to voice my concerns. It's disappointing when promising experiences are tarnished by questionable practices.
