One day someone from SEA said that "SEA is good support and teamwork." 'Til this day I'm still laughing. That was yesterday.

In all seriousness though,

Pros:
-Large hero pool. All available when you start.
-Good graphics and animations.
-Easy controls.

Cons:
-Lower drop-rate of items than before.
-Hard to communicate with people who don't speak or understand English.
(There seriously needs to be a question in their native language that asks if they know how to speak English or understand it, so that paired team mates can understand each other.)
-If team mates abandon the game in ranked play you're at a high disadvantage against the other team. There needs to be a handicap for such situations because it is highly likely your whole teams individual MMR's will drop. Especially when more than one person decides to leave. Other players in game should not have to suffer because of someone abandoning.
-Needs better detection for abrupt disconnects and power failures leading to poor network connections and abandons.

Overall it's a very well made game that has updates every year and I recommend it to those who enjoy MOBA/RTS/RPG type games.
