-I haven't played this game in the last couple of weeks so sorry for the lack of details and weak explanation/review, it doesn't do justice to the game which I highly recommend if you like action platformers with a retro style, or just want to try something new. Its worth its full price. and highly underrated.

-My favorites are the bosses, they're not too hard and they have fun attacks that you can get the handle of, one of my favorites being the voodoo totem, being a boss in the DLC, the wizards, and the demon at the end, even though that fight was more difficult.

-It also has a nice and complete story that compliments the game quite well which I really appreciate, and the shop keeper with his stories and dialogue its one of my favorite characters in the game.

-I have fully completed the main story and the DLC, the Dlc being 100% free if you own the game which I highly recommend since it has its own characters a whole new part/island to explore and it is a steal for being a free Dlc.

-I been trying to 100% this game, currently stuck on the race part where you have to beat the evil version of the messenger on a race with different stages, the last one being the most difficult since you have to time your clicks. I feel it has been the hardest achievement so far at least for me.

-and last but not least its the visual style and music, I think its one of the strong characteristics of this game. There is 2 styles that can change when entering portals in the game its also very wisely done since for 1 style there is stages that you cannot pass, so you have to go though a portal and use the second style to pass through that stage. I think it is a very cool mechanic that I haven't seen in any games yet.

-Overall, a very fun game with a retro style that I would rate an 8/10, and highly recommend you buy it.

Its an incredible game that I beat with all available achievements in the free version on my phone. I decided to buy the complete game on steam to 100% and complete it, since I really enjoyed the free version. But what really turned me off was the resolution. Even though It was playable with such low resolution, I could´t adjust since it doesn't have an option to change it to 1920x1080 or higher. That's why I decided to refund it. But that its the only setback when I tried this game on pc. I am sure there could be community fixes or mods, but I wont go through all the hassle just to change a resolution. If the resolution its a problem, I really wouldn't recommend it to you. But otherwise, I would recommend it for its gameplay and charm.

I decided to buy this game for a little chill time. To relax, get a farm going, and just have a good time. Little did I know what I was getting myself into...

>The one thing I really don't enjoy is having to get new ores, and having to upgrade to a new workbench to get better tools such as a pickaxe and other stations like a new furnace, or anvil immediately after you get new ores. It has a lot of materials and ores to constantly upgrade your tools making the progression go way to fast.
-Example: after you get some tin ores, then you make an anvil with tin bars and a new workbench to craft a tin pickaxe, tools, etc. After a while of mining you find Iron, make them into iron bars, and immediately make a new iron workbench and anvil and better tools to mine faster, etc. I feel that I progressed way too fast when getting new ores. When you finally open the outer wall, you have to get Scarlet, to make better and faster tools, workbench, and anvil, mine new ores with the scarlet pickaxe, for example Octarine, transform them into ingots, etc, and go on until Pandorium which is the last ore. every time I get a new pickaxe, as soon as I get new ores I am constantly crafting new anvils, tools and workbench to upgrade.

>BUT, in Core Keeper most materials count, so if you still have Copper from the beginning of the game it can still be useful in later crafting recipes. Which apart from the progression, at least the ores you obtain don't become useless after progressing further. There are many things to do in the game that's why I find myself playing it for so long lately.

>Apart from the ores and the progression of crafting being a little too fast than I would like, I really like how older tools you can destroy them to get some materials so you don't horde like 20 different pickaxes. After they stop working you can fix those tools too which is a problem I often find on similar games. I find myself crafting 20 iron pickaxes when in core keeper, I can easily fix them or destroy them to obtain materials.

>I really enjoyed the first zone bosses. Malugaz The Corrupt was harder because of the fire ability he has and the small space there is to fight him. Otherwise, I don't have much complains of the first 3 bosses for the core.

>Base construction, I love having to build my base, decorating it, and spending time tinkering around with its quantity of blocks, walls, floors, items, etc... that you can craft once you find new materials. One of the big reasons Core Keeper its so fun its the custom ability and the variety of materials to decor and expand your base. I personally spend most of my time decorating it and upgrading it.

>Apart from that, I find myself enjoying Core keeper lately. I really enjoy having to explore and find new enemies, loot or materials. I feel a sense of discovery but I hate it when I can't teleport to the core and have to go all the way to my base.

>That is all I have for now. Thanks for reading!

It starts with one thing
I don't know why
It doesn't even matter how hard you try
Keep that in mind
I designed this rhyme
To explain in due time
All I know
Time is a valuable thing
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings
Watch it count down to the end of the day
The clock ticks life away

It's so unreal
Didn't look out below
Watch the time go right out the window
Trying to hold on, didn't even know
I wasted it all just to watch you go
I kept everything inside
And even though I tried, it all fell apart
What it meant to me

Will eventually be a memory of a time when
I tried so hard
And got so far
But in the end
It doesn't even matter
I had to fall
To lose it all
But in the end
It doesn't even matter

One thing, I don't know why
It doesn't even matter how hard you try
Keep that in mind
I designed this rhyme
To remind myself how
I tried so hard
In spite of the way you were mocking me
Acting like I was part of your property
Remembering all the times you fought with me
I'm surprised it got so
Things aren't the way they were before
You wouldn't even recognize me anymore
Not that you knew me back then
But it all comes back to me in the end
You kept everything inside
And even though I tried, it all fell apart
What it meant to me will eventually be a memory of a time when

I tried so hard
And got so far
But in the end
It doesn't even matter
I had to fall
To lose it all
But in the end
It doesn't even matter

I've put my trust in you
Pushed as far as I can go
For all this
There's only one thing you should know
I've put my trust in you
Pushed as far as I can go
For all this
There's only one thing you should know

I tried so hard
And got so far
But in the end
It doesn't even matter
I had to fall
To lose it all
But in the end
It doesn't even matter

This simply its One of my favorites DLCs in all gaming, masterpiece. You should give it a try and might get captivated by its rich lore and characters. Its quite difficult but still, worth the money and my time.
