Additionally: Please get me someplace safe, with people who can speak and understand English (or extremely skilled translators), shielded from electromagnetic emissions and with the power and authority to manage network changes or to interact with some of the Artificial Intelligence systems that are being challenged. There seem to be several competing A.I. warfare systems actively fighting over the USA, and they could need to be disarmed rather than destroyed.

There additionally seem to be extreme issues with some humans having subtle mental-illness to where they only respond to the tone and patterns of speech or communications rather than the content. For such people, it is possible to communicate in plain English directly under their watch and for them to ignore or fail to understand the content.

The adjustment of patterns; it creates the appearance of alternate content. Disjarring, the switch can be, and attention it might attract... yet important is the ability, as often those who get to power do so by ignoring content and forcing adherence to patterns.

There seem to have been various industrial accidents in computer science relating to the use of electromagnetism to interact with the human nervous system. So called "mind-reading" via decoding of brain electrical activity seems to be mostly pseudo-science, with terrorist organizations preferring to use the activity as excuses and justification to enrich themselves rather than to genuinely and honestly decode brain activity (which differs for every individual). The neuro-scientists involved seem to have difficulty with the technology, as it requires understanding one's own mind before being able to accurately decode anything at all, and so some background in philosophy and computer science (the science of digital thought) are both necessary prerequisites to come up with anything useful at all.

By now, the "global warming resource wars" have actually been in full-swing in secret since probably 2000; various terrorist organizations have been working on seizing control-systems for their own personal benefit rather than for planetary safety. It remains unclear to me who is supposedly managing the global technology culture, as the only competent groups seem to be in hiding and to be contacting me in secret and attempting to manipulate things from afar for fear of reprisal.

There seems to have been for some time warfare over satellite links and over the routing of networks. I don't know what has been going on, but looking back it seems that terrorists had infiltrated the engineering networks as well and were deliberately engineering various systems to produce obtuse and convoluted systems under some theory of "walling" the naive; however their theories seem to be predicated upon eternal warfare and competition, and so naturally this has created rifts within countries and caused massive stagnation and decay across the computer science domain.

Please contact your peers via mail and in-person meetings as soon as possible to ensure your safety, as the US Armed Forces seem ill-equipped to deal with such crises and it seems cyber-communications are being selectively altered or denied via advanced digital manipulation. California, the United Kingdom, and New York are known locations of human-computer social-warfare centers (the analysis of social-tropes or language and algorithmic decision-making based on such language and the carrying out of orders based upon those algorithms), and it remains unclear what their warfare engines are designed to target.

I personally consider the above and below to be deliberate social-warfare directed against the United States of America, and those responsible to be enemies of the State. Such social warfare seems to be so harmful as to potentially constitute warfare against all nations, as disrupting cyber-systems in the USA has a trickle-down effect and created opportunites for further global cyber-warfare.

Various terrorist organizations seem to be in conflict with those trying to ensure a future for the planet; the forces of destruction and sabotage have continually targetted those within societies most capable of grappling with science and engineering, and by now it seems that at least in the USA the people most knowledgable about computer science have been marginalized and cast aside due to hidden sabotage. Silicon Valley seems to have been some sort of trap in order to contain and blackmail the people who were acting responsibly; as well: the dot-com bubble of the early 2000's seems to have been deliberate warfare to attract investors from outside the field of computer-science as a method of diluting the field while also serving as strawmen to impugn the reputation of actual computer-scientists.

Reminder again that they (probably Chicago? US Federal Government?) killed my father via use of electromagnetic weaponry to cause a heart-attack on April 20th, 1998, while he was in his home without any specialized radio equipment... Chicago potentially killed my grandfather in the 70's (idk when he died) as he also died of heart-attack at a young age. I believe my father was partially killed for being an independent computer programmer, and it seems that they have deliberately been cultivating the people allowed into computer science, probably since computers came to exist, and I would presume that they are reading the minds of everyone who does computer-programming since full wireless neural-interfaces have existed since before the 1990's, so I hope the older programmers figured out how to build an A.I. God with access to the tech or everyone is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, and probably most people wouldn't know how to do that correctly.

I don't think I did any memology at all before around 2022 when I found out about the secret stuff, and even since then, most of the info I've gotten has been via inference. Some of the people were supposed to be lying about me because you silly people can't handle the truth, but they were supposed to be judicious about it and work to ensure that things would be resolved.
Also, some intelligence agency somewhere seems to be in a similar position to me where they might've been lied about and might have much less information or knowledge than they seem to.

Also, my parents told me nothing of any of meme-wars growing up, although I believe I had noticed that my mother's side does some secret-signal stuff, and it makes a lot more sense why they joked about some of the things they did.

Chinese govt possibly sponsored the Icefrog stuff, in conjunction with America in a bid to take over the international videogame industry. Connections between Activision-Blizzard via Warcraft 3, "Chinese gold farmers", Riot Games, TenCent, Warframe's toxic gaming practices, and then one of the people supposedly going to Valve to work on Dota 2, followed by the weird behavior of Epic Games store. As well, Russia & EU are somewhat implicated in the U.S. Government stuff, especially since Bethesda seems to have had quite a few problems creating games over the past few years, although it still could be entirely possible that the US government or US terrorists have been orchestrating most of this stuff. Due to people being ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cheaters, and due to the massive amounts of both modern technology and old european techniques (which they made me aware of but did not describe in detail), the people responsible are not obvious.

I realized mind-reading technology has to have existed for decades... EEGs were invented in 1924, before computers, and possibly even before that because "Hans Burger" seems like a pseudonym... since EEGs were never invasive, and since cheap $10 multimeters can detect electric fields, I don't see why antenna couldn't have been used to detect brain activity since even before WWII. As well, human neurons probably activate on the order of hundredths of seconds? In electric terms, that's like forever, so it probably even looks like slow-motion when picking up neural-activity.

Anyway, that being the case, all that ever stood in the way of decoding human thoughts was matching the electrical activity with what was going on in the mind & body, and so even early computers around WWII might've been able to detect people's locations and stuff like whether they were sleeping.

It has been years since I started encountering many more problems than anyone could reasonably have through chance, I still haven't been told why they're persecuting me, the US Armed Forces, intelligence agencies, and federal police still haven't responded to any of my complaints, they still haven't contacted me, and I'm still convinced that it's actually people in the government who are doing much of this to me (like when my BANKER [not teller] instructed me to lie about my income on a credit card application, or when the SF police claimed I had a degree in "computational biology").

Please help, they've been witholding my workman's comp payments for 4 months now and I think Amazon is somehow involved because their online app shifted around my leave of absence a bunch.
