Les dejo una receta de milanesas con pure;


Ingredientes:

-Milanesa de lomo o de ternera
-Huevos
-Pan rallado
-Mostaza
-Leche
-Papas
-Nuez moscada

Para las milanesas: golpear las milanesas, sacarles los nervios si los tienen

Poner en un bol los huevos con un chorrito de leche, un poquito de mostaza y batir

Pasar las milanesa por el huevo y después por el pan rallado y volver a pasarlas otra vez por huevo y después otra vez por el pan rallado ,y freirlas.

Puré: cortar las papas en cuadrados, ponerlas a hervir en agua con sal a gusto, una vez listas colarlas y pisarlas agregando un chorrito de leche, nuez moscada y listo
