Bahan-bahan:
130 gram tepung terigu
100 gram gula pasir
3 butir telur
100 gram mentega, cairkan
150 mililiter susu cair putih
1/2 sdt baking powder
1/4 sdt baking soda
1/2 sdt vanili bubuk
1/4 sdt garam

Topping:
Meses
Keju
Cokelat batangan
Marshmellow
Choco chips
Wafer

Cara membuat:
Kocok telur dan gula hingga mengembang. Kamu bisa memakai mixer atau whisk untuk mengocoknya.
Campur dan kemudian ayak tepung terigu, baking powder, baking soda, vanili dan garam.
Selanjutnya, masukan bahan yang sudah kamu ayak ke dalam kocokan telur sedikit demi sedikit dan secara bergantian dengan susu.
Aduk sampai tidak ada adonan yang bergerindil.
Terakhir, masukan mentega cair lalu aduk dengan spatula. Setelah rata, tutup adonan dengan kain dan biarkan selama 30 menit.
Panaskan cetakan yang sudah diberi olesan mentega atau margarin.
Tuang adonan hingga setengah cetakan. Jangan terlalu penuh karena adonan nantinya akan mengembang.
Beri topping meses, keju, cokelat batangan, wafer, atau apa pun sesuai selera.
Masak dengan api kecil. Tutup sebentar sembari intip sesekali.
Setelah matang, angkat dan sajikan.
Jika kamu suka setengah matang, kamu bisa mengangkatnya selagi adonan atas masih basah.
Kue cubit siap kamu sajikan.
