The lowest rank possible, Putin 1 is where all the russians fester and have massive orgy's with their aimbots and vodka, because they are sad they lost Putin 2. Also, the best weapon is the game as russians say, is known as the Kalashnikov for T side, but most russians on the CT side, even though they are terrible with it, always seem to want as a drop, AH WEE PEE.
