Bit late making this review, but I realized I needed to do one.

I found this game one summer when I only had my laptop to game on as I was away from my home PC. A lot younger, and bummed out that I cannot play my high res games, I can't even remember how I stumbled upon this game and decided to buy it. Especially since at this time I would be very stingy with online purchases as everything had to go through my parents bank card. Nevertheless, I stumbled upon an absolute gem of a game that will forever remain in my heart.

Whats good about this game you may ask? Everything. It has an amazing balance of grinding, decorating, story, exploring etc. It really just has it all for me. As a kid I was in love with Animal Crossings, and a little later became obsessed with Minecraft. I feel like this is a beautifully crafted mixture of these two games, put into a masterfully artistic 2D world.

I spent many hours on this game and enjoyed it to the point of full completion. I can't wait for any updates that await as these updates will keep bringing me back to a wonderful and new experience with the same feeling of when I first played this game. Everything just feels so authentic and genuine. I would highly recommend this game to absolutely anyone and will rave about how amazing it is.

I'd also like to add how much I specifically loved the Ginger Island update. I love when games continue to update with amazing content such as that and I cannot wait for this upcoming 1.6 update. I will be sinking many more hours into this game when that arrives.
