I played this game at launch on PS2, then PC, then XBox 360. Having recently played it more, I can say it's still the same fun game. It's not as heavy a demand on time anymore as they're added many quality of life features. While it may be 20 years old, it is every bit "Final Fantasy" and is a real gem in the series and in the MMORPG genre. From Skillchains and Magic Bursts to the Moogle's and music, it's worth trying and exploring this game if you're open to a subscription MMO.

This game was done quite well. Very in depth, no micro transactions, great story, good game play. It feels kinda like you're running a solid D&D campaign, and isn't that what we all want? They did a great job with this one and I'm looking forward to working on multiple playthroughs since you have variable story and world building paths.
