Conserva la esencia de Mafia, pero si hay algo que reclamar es que el juego cuando lo sacaron no estaba pulido del todo, me hubiese gustado que lo optimizaran muchísimo mejor, también las cosas repetitivas en las misiones (escenarios, objetivos, enemigos standard, todos vestian igual y se veían identicos físicamente), en los reflejos abusaron mucho de los shaders, muchas veces te llega a cegar y no poder ver lo que está al frente de ti, la parte que me encantó fueron los coleccionables, tal vez si en algún momento lo optimizan por lo menos un 25% más en rendimiento lo recomiende con mis amigos.
