For a seasoned player way back in the 80ies with C64, this game should be required to finish before anyone are allowed to even touch a consol ;).

Its fantastic with its clues, do-the-right-thing and problem solving.
The graphics may be poor, but thats not what the game is about. Its the game mechanics, not the pretty pics, that makes you want to just found out what to do.

Youtube destroys most players, but you can always tell the teens who doesnt care for walkthroughs and simply ace it anyway. Pure skill.

This is a great game, for kids in all ages. Age 7 to 75. Or girls age 30 ;)
Greetings to my new friend, Leo.

This is for each and everyone of you who played Wasteland 1 and 2 on COMMODORE C64!

Got its Vargas, history, future...oh, nope,, the future is you and what you cause the damn AI in Wasteland 3 keep tracks on every action you do, which you pay, or get a girlfriend for. Never know which one.

Could be cash to but, hey,

I LOVE the Core, the setting and the fantastic storyline.

Phoenix Point was a gift to me from a friend (Thx Brutha Sethos!), and I am pleasantly surprised how good it is!
I play Xcom 2 alot so my expectations of this game wasnt very high. Every single game that tried to copy Xcom 2 failed.

Phoenix point uses some of the simular combat, turn based system as Xcom 2. There stops the copy.

This game is an evolution of Xcom type of game and well worth a try!

Xcom 2: War of the Chosen is the game core DLC next generation of Long war.

Long war mod is still superior but War of the Chosen brings new things that makes this DLC WELL worth playing for anyone who likes Xcom 2!

I would suggest using various mods for this DLC, taken from Steam workshop because how FANTASTIC this DLC works with mods. You just need to read and check mods at loading the game to not run any mods that dont work with WotC.
The launcher does the work for you.

Long war "3" for war of the chosen would be orgasmic! But for now, the mods really enhance the game.

I would go so far saying this DLC makes the game into Xcom "3", more then an expansion.

For a free-to-play game that makes a living on microtransactions its surpricingly well designed and rewards player skill in playing more then stats.

Similar to Mechwarrior online you do not need to buy any DLC or packs for cash. You earn them in game by ...well....beeing a good player!

The game mechanics are without doubt the best Car mad max-Combat Cars style pvp game Ive seen.
Alot of negative reviews of the game is because its pretty damn good but to get all the cool stuff fast, you need to pay. You earn them in game by playing otherwise.

This is not a negative reason IMO.

If you enjoy to start at the low and earn your power through dogs pits, then this game would interest you.
If you want everything right away but dont wanna pay, its not.

I love it!

Awesome game but for some reason you cant remap the movement keys to the "arrow keys".
I cant play very good if I cant remap that,

Fantastic game what Ive seen and heard. Wish I could play though since I got this as a gift for doing a favor!

Want to play the best "Turn-Based-Action-RPG-Tactic" game of all created computer games EVER?
Play Xcom 2. Get mods. Get the expansions. OR don't. It doesn't matter how much or how little extra content you add.

This....game....OWNS!

I highly recommend that you get all the expansions.
And that you, at some point. Test the MOD (free) "Long war"

Xcom 2 is perfection.
Star Treks BORG, would assimulate this FIRST. You, second.
Thats how freaking good this game is.

I have played Everquest since 1999, 6 mouths after release.
Its still has the magic of EQ which every other MMORPG failed to copy.

In EQ, you do not want to die. You do whatever you can, NOT TO DIE.
Its the opposite of WoW =).

Even with the very old graphics, it still got its charm, and graphics doesnt matter if your core game mechanics are not good. Or the company gets bought to someone who put in a cash store.

Everquest still is the best MMORPG, because of it is hard to do stuff. And you loose levels if you die, etc.

Never played EQ?
Ok, Which one these do you prefer?

1. You loved WoW. How fast and good things where, how you could just que automaticly for groups and dont pay much attention.

2. You loved ESO, Conan, Eve, an open world that kicks your butt no matter how much you zerg.
And you enjoy working for your char where your personal skills in playing is a big factor.

Now,
If you are nr 1, stay FAAAAR away from Everquest!

If you like nr 2.
Download EQ now...

My brother bought me this game, and after trying it, I must say I am very impressed!
The deep and width of the game is amazing. Sound is awesome that you hear what direction, exactly a sound comes from!

The pvp part they have to work on, which they are. But I LOVE the huuuuuuuge amounth of small details. Like drinking water from a still small pond, has a high risk of making you sick. While drinking from a player made, water cleaner water pump, has very low risk of making you sick.

The huge number of items, is only getting larger!
And even though I like RPG and don't want to loose my char. It adds ALOT to the gameplay value that when you die....you die.

I hope they add more character development. Even skills and other things that you get better, the longer you live.
Dying should bloody hurt! And in Days, you make a big effort not to die!

I've played Battletech since launch and I cant recommend this game enough!
At first I was not sure what to think about the turn-based style instead of First person, but it turned out awesomely!

The devs keeps improving the game, and have already the first DLC ready to launch this fall.
The single player game and story is outstanding, and with future updates (free), the reply value will go up and their goal is to be able to keep playing beyond the Story line.
There is a multiplayer option to do battle, but you dont have your character and mechs. All Multiplay have standard mechs to choose from which you by with the same amounth of cash pre fight. If you only want multiplayer, then dont buy this.

The game has many small features, like weird announcement in the spaceship. "Who the hell stole my coffee?"

The only negative point is the high demand on hardware for running the game in highest settings. However, they have made the low settings to be able to work on a crappy laptop even, so I am happy with this!

If you like Mechwarrior and want to try a turn-based story driven game, BUY THIS!
