As a serious breather (I've been doing it all my life and come from a long line of breathers.) I can tell you that even if I did something as small as stop for a few minutes, it could have dire consequences. Hell, every member of my family that is deceased has died from lack of breathing. It's a dangerous hobby, but it's my life at this stage.
