Games good. If you are the kind of person who likes to collect every secret or get a perfect score on every level be warned this game is dangerous. I have sunk at the time of this review 50 hours into this game that can be beat in 5. Though that just may me being bad at the game and brute forcing my way to P-ranking every level by bloody trial and error. Besides that the game has some of the best feeling weapons and movement in any game I have played. And the shear amount of little things you can do is staggering. Want to ricochet a railgun shot through a boss multiple times by hitting a few coins, go ahead. Want to use the magnet alt fire of the nail gun to attract rockets making an improv homing missile, sure why not. Want to punch your own shotgun pellets to make them go faster and explode? Absolutely. There are so many little mechanics and techs to learn and master that the game is almost infinitely replayable. And the craziest thing is that this game is somehow still in early access. There is still an entire chapter still to come, and if the quality of the current 2 are anything to go by Its going to be even bigger, faster, and crazier.

This is how my first time experience with Elden Ring went.

-Starts game

-Picks wretch

-Walks outside of tutorial area and sees giant boss riding a gold horse wielding a golden halberd and shield each bigger than my body

-Decides to not progress the game to the obvious safe haven church until I take the giant horse dude down

-Proceed to get one shot

-Spends next three days dying to the giant horse dude

-Figure out that if I dodge backwards on its charge attack I land next to the horses but and can get a free hit in

-Only attack after that attack and continuously try to bait it

-It takes seven strait min but I eventually kill big horse dude

-Get its giant gold halberd

-Cant use it because it needs strength 30 and I have 10

-10/10 best game would die to horse dude again.

Great game but very hard.

One of if not the best game I have ever played.
