Even in 2024, this is still really good and worth your time and money.

This is one of those "spacer" DLCs that paradox does in between the real releases. It's not awful, which is actually high praise for one of these dlcs.

Will you spend an unhealthy amount of hours perfectly balancing your iron plate production ratios ala Factorio?

Or

Will you spend an unhealthy amount of hours perfectly building your iron plate production building aesthetics ala Planetcoaster?

The choice is yours!

There's a lot of garbage DLCs for Stellaris.

This is not one of them.

This is worth full price. This is so integral to the game that it wouldn't surprise me if it gets absorbed into the base game like some Hoi4 DLC.

Right now you're spending $60 for the $30 Machine Age DLC which is the only thing of value in this pack.

The Paradox habit of releasing a good DLC and packing it with terrible DLCs is going strong. This is one of the terrible DLCs that exists solely to be bundled with other, better DLCs to give the illusion of value.

God help you if you actually spent $20 on this alone, wtf is wrong with you.
