Enjoyable, recent update show community engagement and vision.

The franchise is being passed around dev teams like a sickness and that's what has happened since the first title. It's not the same

I just played Payday 3 and thought I was playing Payday 2 Alpha... wut in tarnation

Trash, bottle-necked by PVP and paired nicely with cheaters.

Never played the game, started on mobile after being skeptical about steam. I made my character names that I liked, saw that you guys had crossplay, read everything and thought I understood the transfer/crossplay status. I linked my mobile account to FLOOR (Was a pain) and then tried to sign into my FLOOR account on steam so I can enjoy the game on PC. Turns out that it isn't possible....Support won't help me nor assist with unlinking the FLOOR and putting the names on my steam account. It only costed me about 2 hours trying different things out but thanks to the support for copying and pasting the same response over and over on each ticket (They close their tickets after they respond). I see why this game has negative reviews, can't wait for Diablo 4. Trash support doesn't deserve the time of day.

Gameplay and overall framework somewhat improving with updates, launch was horrendous but game now has playability. Teammates sometimes make the experience less enjoyable but that's any game.

Unplayable with a 3090 and Ryzen 9 5900x, crash simulator

Annnnnddd game went to trash, redeemed the codes and such for cosmetics, played Pre-Alpha , Beta, etc. Clearly our feedback means nothing. Cosmetics are also timed as any typical Korean cash grab game with overpriced cosmetics. Game play is full of cheaters still while the classes STILL aren't balanced.

Update 01 MAR 2024

Saw their update/stance article on RMT/botting problem, decide to check out the game again. Literally the first toon I see is hard pathing/navigating to resource nodes and glitching in certain points with clear logic flaws. Guild is still owned by a bot that I reported numerous times back in NOV 2022, it still plays the game as if my reports mean nothing. Amazon and Smilegate should just shut this heap down

Meant to do this short update earlier, the powerpasses they give you, the ones that say they never expire, yeah...they do expire.... and yeah.... Scamazon won't help you get them back despite them explicitly saying that...well...they don't expire. Had I of known, it would of been too easy to just apply them to a random character of mine but hey. Amazon doesn't care

Bots are still rampant, almost no difference from launch, still wrecking the in game economy, I have been reporting a bot in my clan for months now, still no ban for him, goes to show they don't care about the issue at hand. Hueristic detection, metadata, etc can easily flag and remove this plague.

Clearly Amazon isn't capable of mitigating the bot problem like other games have, I understand you can't stop them all, but there are so many that we can't even report them all. Something needs to be implemented rather than punishing your player-base, getting gold was already a chore and now that you blocked the ability to sell mats from the raid. Bots all have the same amount of Ascii characters in their name, they all wear the same outfit, they all have the same pets, they all path the same direction, I am sure they run 24/7. Shouldn't be hard to implement a filter similar to a BPF filter or heuristic engine to ban them and also something to deter creation of additional accounts.

People are apparently buying gold from them too and not facing repercussion, or at most a 2 day ban and they get to keep the gold...this is ridiculous. Go back, perma-ban the RMT players that receive the constant slap on the wrist. Bots are now making raids and weekly content a nightmare. On the verge of quitting. How does Amazon butcher 2 of their ONLY game releases?
