Fun, a bit bland.
A ridiculously long battle pass that's a bit predatory towards buying battle pass tiers in order to complete. Otherwise have fun playing 6 hours a day for a month.
Cosmetic skins here, there, everywhere, so have your wallet ready.
Corporations like this aim for a wider audience to market, so expect every ethnicity and every social equality under the sun.

Conclusion: Mid.

My Playtime:
I was part of the beta when it first came out on Xbox and haven't stopped playing since, honestly If I was to combine my playtime on GOG, Steam, and Xbox before it was removed from console, I'd say I have around 3.7k hours from the time of this post.

Worth it?:
Absolutely yes. so many cards, so many possibilities. Every card has amazing art by different artists with everything being directly tied to the Witcher lore. In fact, these cards help understand the world of the Northern Kingdoms and beyond with every new content and written summary of each card. On the other-hand, balance can become a bit stale towards the higher ranks as you may face the same decks over and over again but the devs will post frequent videos addressing new changes to always change the meta which makes it more diverse every time. There's the typical battle-pass, titles, character/card/board cosmetics, seasonal leaderboards and a very active player base with many streamers and YouTubers. When new DLC is announced, it feels like it's unveiling a part of the Witcher world we've never seen before and is always bring in new cards that are both strange and mysterious. Did I mention that DLC content is 100% free with no purchase necessary to obtain the new cards.

Conclusion:
Play it, it's free. It's also beginner friendly with pre-made decks ready to immediately play against others online. Also there's a community deck builder on their official website where you can quickly export decks into your library.
