Played quit few different Monster Hunters, this is the best one.

Still amazingly active community and online play, you can still easily find full lobbies and people do come help you if you use SOS flare.

IF you have any interest in the franchise, get it while on sale, it's 100% worth it!

This is what happens when there is very little competition in specific game genre.

No matter how many bad, greedy or blatant cash grab moves a company makes, the player is left to either abandon the game or just stick through the ♥♥♥♥.

Until now of course. (and few other times, but not this bad)

Gajin went bit too far with their greed and as it goes "♥♥♥♥ around and find out"
They did indeed find the breaking point of the players patience.

I truly like this game, and I wish it all the best. I have too much time and money spent on this to just shrug it off and go to a new game, not that there is anything to compare... But until something fundamental changes with the rewards/grind then I can't say if I'm going to be back.

The devs actually made the grind bit easier and also made the economy much better. It still takes hundreds of hours just to complete one tech tree with premium time and/or vehicle . But it's still one of my favorite game of all time

The gameplay is fantastic and immersive. The world of Elden Ring is large and very detailed with hundreds of unique places to visit and explore.

Game itself is challenging and offers a plenty of different ways to play, as it is open world compared to the other Souls games. You can skip and comeback to a challenging fight or ask a friend or a random for a help. You can use many different builds to overcome situations and bosses or in some cases just cheese a fight if you so wish (or just use mimic tear).

In my quick opinion the game is fantastic and easily one of my all time favorites 10/10

How to swing your sword and mostly hit your allies simulator. With added racism in chat.
Solid 5/7 perfect score.

Tl:dr:
If you like city builders and survival types of games either alone or combined, you should get this. Especially on sale it's quit good price for what it offers.
It has "main" story and some more scenarios that are all quit unique and enjoyable. And mode that you can just keep on surviving.

My thoughs for the game:

The game isin't too hard to get into, easy to understand objectives and be able to plan ahead even with 1st play through.
For me its really big if I can just hop into the game without watching bunch of videos how to even get started, even more to be able to get through the game in 1st try (barely that is). And that didnt take any fun away from it, I can just go back and try to survive even better or do things diffrently. (There are some choises that will change the outcome at the end a little)

Spoilers about the ending:
The game at the end gets really intense, with the cold creeping up way more than you first though. and barely being able to hang on, just watching your resourses run dry and the day meter ticking away, thinking when the heck is it going to end.
And at the end seeing the masses of ill people rising when the cold reaches the peak. I was on my toes the whole last two days.


At least thats how my story went, but your's will most likley be diffrent.

So, saw the new Sniper (3) comign out, decided maybe this game would be playable after, what? 3 years. To see would I maybe buy the new game. Sadly, the same bug with audio stopped me from even playing one mission. Tried all the solutions I could find in the net (theres plenty at least). None worked for me, and seeing that those were back from 2013. So, in 3 years, after few dlc's and what not, the bug is still there. I dont think it would be hard to fix, but if you cant even see that much trouble to fix it...
So over all, okay game, with okay missions (didn't get far). But the glitches and bugs this game has makes it pretty much unplayable.
So I dont think you should buy this or the new one, at least not right away, to see if it has same kind of problems. I hope it doesn't and maybe the developers have actually paid attention to the game.

Did everything, found everything. Everything was worth it.
Probably the best assasian creed I have played for now, the story was really good all the way to the end. Diffrent that previos ones but still keepign the AC feel on it.

And Pirates vs ninjas?, this got both: Win Win.
