Borderline unplayable. There are severe stutter issues are still rampant nearly 2 years later. A known problem that is unlikely to be fixed as a result of the complete abandonment from Electronic Arts. I told myself since launch that it would be better after some time, it will get updates, etc.

Shame on me for having mediocre expectations, I guess. My first introduction with an enemy chase, paired with a 2/3 second stutter revealed the writing on the wall.. It did say "CUT OFF THEIR LIMBS" really nicely, but I also saw "GET A REFUND" right next to it.

After ignoring the price gouge for nearly 15 year old video game, Red Dead Redemption is a wonderful title from the 7th generation of consoles that deserved a fresh coat a very long time ago. It's upsetting it took this long to get it, but this at least offers an alternative from trying to emulate or dig out the older hardware.

It's a weird way to fall in love with a past we will never get to touch again. I'm glad I get to go back for a little bit. I genuinely wish they included multiplayer to some capacity, even if just to relive some memories for a few hours.

Any game that lets me throw pots of my own(?) fecal matter at other players is worth my time, and your time.

Incredibly charming game; everything from movement to art direction has wonderful finishing touches. All of the concepts that made the original installment a lovable classic have (almost) returned; with new additions to the core game play that will keep returning and new players coming back for more runs. Superb soundtrack!

I do miss Booyan however, and would like to see his smug return in a non Clownanthropy form.

Well worth full price or discounted.

A very lovely platformer paired with a glamorous, and robust jazz/swing soundtrack. It's almost impossible not to recommend this game at it's price point. StudioMDHR's vision of embalming the greasy and nicotine stained breath of the 1930's into a platformer is nothing short of a swell time. You will take the roll of Cuphead (and his pal, Mugman) on a side scrollin' venture to return their souls, fighting many bosses and sprinting through levels that will test your patience, reaction timing, and memory to it's limits. Cuphead is punishing, but fairly so. It calls back to an era of Yellow Devil trickery, and the frustrations of many Dr's I've had to chase around.
