Here are my thoughts after finishing this game fully (all endings and achievements).

At lunch, this game had a lot of bugs. Although they didn't bother me since they weren't game-breaking in any way, I can understand bugs of any kind can be frustrating for players who expect a great experience from AAA title. After patch 1.05 and 1.06 I haven't expirienced nearly as many bugs as at the beggining. Don't get me wrong bugs still exist (patch 1.06) but I believe CDPR managed to reduce them to just a few.
When it comes to story I straight-up love it. Characters are full of soul, conversations and reactions feel natural and true. Throughout the game, you can really develop a great relationship with them as a player. The main story is not very long but well written and side quests are one of the best I have ever played. If you expect a great narrative, you will not be disappointed.

Overall I would highly suggest you give it a try whether now or later when they fix all things keeping you from buying it.
