Worth every penny! It does force you to make progress and earn your way which for me has been much more satisfying of an experience. making mistakes can be costly but not unforgiving which i think makes it even better. lots of variety to choose from and different tasks you can do when you get bored of another. having looked at the road map its only going to get 10x better from here. cant wait for the next update!

Honestly i enjoyed the game a lot..... until later in the game. when im not allowed to go anywhere or do anything except into major storms that are going to basically destroy me and my car. i need materials constantly and guess where the only place i can get them from is? THE DEATH ZONE! the other part that makes it difficult is that even in the safe places... there are dangers... which is fine but when there is one danger there are 25 others all on top of each other. and then you have a stretch with no dangers and no materials to gather. this game needs to be balanced out better. if i can play without getting screwed over constantly i may change my review but rn this game has me more pissed off than just about any other game ive played in a while which is a shame cause it would be a great game otherwise.

this dlc is NOT pay-to-win. you can and will still easily loose with or without this. this will not save your bacon in any way. what it does is make life a little bit easier/fun. if you need extra power and don't want the dlc then you can use the external grid. i personally like it all in all.

was good waaaaay back in the beginning... now its become a bloated button maze of paywalls and nothing actually useful anymore. i don't even recognize this thing anymore.

My new favorite game! 6 stars! definitely early in development but that's been half the fun so far. trying to figure out what YOU did wrong and fix it before everything goes wrong. figuring out the reactors personality. it definitely has one. presently its kinda like an adorable young brat. lovable and not intentionally a problem but always difficult and doing the opposite of what you would expect a polite reactor to do. im excited to see this game grow over the years. wish i had more friends who would enjoy this.

EA! Fix your ♥♥♥♥! you used to be a giant of the gaming community way back when. now your releasing things like this!? UNACCEPTABLE! i loved the original and i can still get that to run on windows 10 pretty easily with no issues afterwards. if you want this game that bad go buy the original and stay away from the remaster.

spent 2 hours with ea support only to be told that ive done everything i can possibly do and that there is nothing they can do past this point. still cant play the game.

If they fix this then ill change my review accordingly.

they refuse to fix the issues with 3rd party audio. they cant even tell me anything about the issue so i can try to fix it myself. they admit to knowing about the issue and what causes it but wont tell me.

EDIT: they have fixed this issue now. took the release of Frostpunk 2 (do not recommend) to release before it was fixed tho.

its great though eventualy i will get irritated with the current cams because i cant see anything ahead of me and will need an internal view in order to continue playing

great game though the system requirements are a little off. you actualy need .25-.5GB more than what it says and an extra ghz would definetly help other than that no complaints only compliments
