More addicting than drugs.

IN LENGTH:

I've loved this game since I bought it. Before then, I had only seen small snippets of gameplay from YouTubers and gamers, and I regret to say I was not a fan. It seemed slow, boring, and so bland. I was not interested. Well, until it came on sale.

I looked at reviews, I saw all the screenshots, I watched the trailers and clips, and I was ready to take a closer look at it. So I got it. I'm pleased to say that with hours and hours under my belt, never have I regretted getting this game.
I've always been happy with it's raw, genuine state. I've never tried playing with mods, and I don't ever plan to! This game doesn't ever get old for me.

It's not for everyone, and I'm not trying to package it as something that is. A lot of people find that only mods make it good, or that it's just far too slow, or that there's little to no action, but for me, that's pErFEcT. Go at your own pace, at your own speed. Marry whoever you want, talk to whoever you want, give rocks to whoever you want on their birthdays!

Stardew Valley is—to me—awesome. I'm never bored, I'm never unimpressed, and I'm never disappointed. I'm a very proud member of the community, and I genuinely don't think I'll stop obsessing over the game.
It has it's flaws, obviously, but if it didn't, I wouldn't love it. It's always my go-to game, and I'm always so happy when I'm playing it. It's absolutely heartwarming.

IN SHORT:

I love this game, it brings me such incomprehensible joy and it's consumed my entire life. I regret nothing. I've never loved anything the same way I love Stardew Valley.

Worth every penny and more.
Easily my favorite game.
