As someone who has played the ps2 variant of worms 3D at the age of 8. I have to say all the weapons and everything that got introduced in all the new games and all the new mechanics are really fun and with the addition of the steam workshop I have to say this is one of the best worms games I have ever played. I must mention that this game had a lot of problems at launch though and that I was held off on buying it on release because of it. but since then it has made a great recovery and has very few connection problems or problems with the workshop items anymore.

I like most of the things that this game brought to the table. I like all the refferences to the different games.
7.5/10 from me.

the fact that I can write my own origin story and the idea that all choices I make could end in TOTAL DISASTER! really attracted me to this game since that sounded really interesting to me. from the in depth traits system and just everything bound with the mood of your characters to the total sandboxy feel of building up a compound from scratch. It's all just very astonishing to me how fun a 2D game can get. but what I wasn't expecting is a community that is so dedicated towards adding more and more content. All these new things that can be added by the click of a button on the workshop (sidenote: and nexus but nexus is limited in mod count) is just astonishing, the game was already great but the creative community that this game has attracted is also a very big sellingpoint and it's very pleasant to be a part of.

If you are looking through the reviews to see what people are thinking, take it from me "it's worth every single penny" -tiger (and probably other people in the past :p )

I give this a score of 9/10 (no game is perfect so I will from now on never give a full 10 anymore like in my old reviews)

the special abilities and stealth mechanics make for interesting gameplay, therefor my experience throughout the game was very positive and fun.

the A.I. didn't seem too dumb (like in other games *cough* *cough* skyrim ahem...)
the missions and side-quests were filled with lore and backstory if you looked around for it.
the powers and weapons weren't just copy pasta with a few tweaks (with exception to different types of crosbow bolt) to make it "completely new", every power actually had a place or situation in wich it could be used.

movement while sometimes acting weird was still fluent enough to not mind it screwing up sometimes. (very rarely)

the graphics were nice and (while it is now as of writing the edit of this review 2019) still are to this day.

all that said I will give it a score of 8.7/10

burning stuff is just dumb fun :D

I found myself placing as much bricks as I could just because I like the slow burning of them. it actually feels warming to me.
and I like watching stuff burn up.

8/10 it's cheap it's nice it's little inferno !!!

since it was originally made it roblox I didn't expect much to begin with and therefor am not really disappointed. the game met all my expectations and even went a little above but still not enough to say that I "enjoyed" my experience playing this game. all in all I don't think it's bad it's just not fun either.

mechanics are wonky
graphics are ... well roblox-ish
soundfx were bad

gameplay was: extremely repetitive, wonky and felt pointless.

gameplay is fun but gets repetitive.

when playing with friends it's a lot of fun but playing alone is just impossible.
you see... since it's a free game lots of very young kids are playing this and it's a pain playing with people that have an IQ lower then 2....

(I'm saying that playing as a team is impossible unless you are playing with friends that actually listen to what you are saying instead of breaking as much of "our" side as possible.

therefore 4/10 just because comunity kinda screws it up (also game feels a little bit like pay to win with the different heroes that you can acquire by just buying em with real money.)

I just love old school stuff

played through this game twice and I'd say both times were equally as fun.

gameplay is fun but I'm sooo sad that there was no free roam after the last mission. I would enjoy acting like a normal citizen after the last mission only to get bored and to shoot up my local hamburger restaurant or pub.

8.5/10 this is just some good fun and since it was made in the early 2000's I won't say anything about graphics (even tho for a game this old they are still pretty good)

it's just so much fun to break stuff

story is a bit meh but honestly I bought it for the destruction anyway so It doesn't matter to me :)

7.5/10 more buildings to destroy would be nice (destroyed all districts completely)

well ... I mean ... I like candy crush.... and I like hentai so .... two for one right ?

at this point you can probably make a new planet with all the scrap metal that is currently laying on the bottom of the kerbin ocean but at least I had fun.


goes in depth is pretty hard at first but if you read what every part does then it shouldn't be hard figuring out how to get to space sooner or later.
