I saw the Game Grumps play this and decided to try this game out. Love the idea of owning a LAN Cafe, having many memories in them, and thought this would be the perfect escapism for that. Unfortunately, it's marred by too many bugs, some which break the game LATE into it.

Some bugs I've encountered in my 16 hours:
- Lights NEVER work. You can buy lamps, but they'll never turn on.
- MASSIVE frame-rate drops. You'd think my TITAN X was processing an Elden Ring workload to output Shenmue graphics.
- Even when a guard stops a Saboteur, your equipment will still go flying everywhere.
- Your equipment will go flying everywhere for no reason. I'll go upstairs and find desks and components strewn all across the room.
- NPCs will stand holding out their money even after you've taken it (for that matter, the POS system should work for EVERY NPC, not just select ones.)
* THE WORST GLITCH: After upgrading EVERYTHING and setting up a money making machine, a glitch happened where everything upstairs that I touched just completely vanished. Just by approaching the setups, they despawned and never came back again. That included 5-star console setups (x8), 5-star VR setups (x4), & 5-star PC setups (x2), as well as 6 full bitcoin rigs with 6 graphics cards in each of them. That's hours and probably a million in-game dollars that disappeared without a trace.

This game feels like a project slapped together by a bunch of stoned college students. It doesn't help I can distinctly hear their conversations in my head, as they exhale and pass the joint.
"What if we had a random NPC in there that was just Donald Trump...but he was green?"
"Oh! What if we had an NPC that was Vin Diesel...and...and he's wearing a shirt that says 'Family'?"
"What if the Saboteur was a Squid Game?"
"What if we included a private lap dance mechanic, like in GTA?"
All of these things are in the game, but serve no purpose other than "just being there." There are a couple other NPCs that may also be references, but none of them behave differently, interact differently, or really DO anything. They're just there.

What's sad is there IS depth to the gameplay itself; Bitcoin mining, MMO farming, game cracking, etc. This really could've stood up with the likes of Game Dev Tycoon. Sadly, as it is, it comes across as glorified shovelware. If the game was <$2 on Steam Sale, MAYBE I'd recommend it. I certainly will wholeheartedly if/when these glitches are patched.
