I cannot recommend this game.

The game is pretty boring, and not much to do other than go here, do this, defend this, go to the next area, new enemy type, shoot, kill, defend, defend some more, checkpoint. The characters are also extremely forgettable. Your character is just a super soldier who can do anything and everything. There's also very little horror in this game. Idk who asked for a non horror aliens game, but who ever did is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brain damaged. There's music all the time, I don't feel like I'm fighting a never ending horde of deadly aliens, these grotesque and horrific enemies, the music feels like I'm on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Tatooine from Star Wars. The AI is also mentally retarded, they quite literally get stuck on things, and will just allow you to shoot them. The character who is the person that speaks to you throughout the missions is one of the worst ever. She is of I presume Mexican descent, which is fine, I don't really care, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ they oversell this. She constantly talks in the most annoying Spanish ever, and makes me want to just straight up mute the game. I also hate that the game is third person, it completely kills any sense of not knowing what's behind you, or that you are the character. Did I mention the Alien's AI is completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dumb?

All in all, this is not a serious game. The people who made this were not set out to make a ground breaking aliens experience. I...hope. Because if they were, they ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ failed with this one. This game was made only for the sole purpose of keeping the license for aliens. If they make a game and say "hey, we did something with the license!" they'll keep it. But, I have only talked about the negatives so I'll say the positives.

The game is your average shooter really. Or...below average if you want your game to come with more than 10 hours of gameplay. It does what it does decently I guess, which is to kill aliens. It's a good time killer if you've got nothing to do, but I wouldn't recommend 40 quid for it. The skills are nice I suppose, even though it's only meant to flesh out the game a lil more since there's classes. Oh, and there's no FOV slider, so you can eat ♥♥♥♥ if you want to see more in your peripheral. And one other thing that makes me not recommend this game...there's no way to voice chat or text chat. It simply does not exist. If you pay a premium for this game, and it doesn't even come with VoIP or text chat...it's already a fail.

Also, no. ♥♥♥♥ off, this game isn't "Left 4 dead 3" or "Left 4 Xenos" it's just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ knock off of aliens. I will admit, better than colonial marines, but by a very thin margin.

All in all...I'd rate this game a 4/10.

My favourite game ever made.

I remember playing this a while back and refunding it the same day. Game sucked imo. Just boring, not much going on...so I can't really recommend it. 2/10

It's an early access game. It's pretty fun, and very cheap. It's R6S, but without the lies. It has no micro-transactions, no DLC, nothing. The game has no weapon skins or operator skins, gadgets like the weird drones from R6S, or the fictitious gadgets the operators have. This game is pure team work, and communication. You won't have as much fun without a friend or two though, as it can get pretty boring in that respect. As much as I love this game, being the fact that it's a more realistic R6S, a game I played since launch on Xbox and have a permanent burnout from, it does have its cons. The game was created from a small team of Bangladeshi creators, and they don't have a dedicated animator currently, which means the reload animations are quite basic, whilst it isn't a huge problem, it is something. There is also no progression currently, which sucks, so there's no reason to really grind out the game, as it's pretty pointless. Something that is amazing though is that they strive to have a future for this game, unlike some developers who make early acces- Batallion 1944 (I think I sneezed there) early access games as a cash cow and then abandon it because they have already made their money, these creators want to make a better R6S. And talking of R6S, this game, whilst influenced from it, is not in anyway similar. the gunplay is different, you can't rush out the building, as soon as planning is over, and you can't toss a quick C4 out the window either. The game is much fair in that respect for the CTs. One tiny problem I find in this game is the Crap-10. Oh mother of Christ, the Crap-10. I hate it. I hate it with a passion. The Mac-10 (aforementioned Crap-10) is such a poor choice for the T side. It's the only weapon they have. If the CTs have M4s, and other stuff like that, I feel like the T side should get SMGs, and other small firearms, either like the MP5, Škorpion, P90, Sten guns, and maybe even 2 rifles, both being AKS-74Us. I just can't use the Mac-10, I always die with it. The recoil is so bad, the damage is poor, and I end up just using the desert eagle, as there is no way I can use the Mac-10. Also, one other minor issue is the sound. I frequently look behind me to realise the sound was coming from in front of me. But, props to the devs. They are working on a tight budget, and the game is doing well so far. I just hope they don't add in some bright pink uniforms and rainbow flashlights, or...God help me..."Elite Skins". 8/10.

It's good, but i struggle to be able to favourite games sometimes, and i hate the whole "not being able to choose your character" it takes away the realism and yeah i can understand the whole point some people wouldn't like that, but i feel like they should at least give an option of either "random" character or "custom" character.
