I'm a scaredy cat, and Content Warning lets me play a cooperative horror game with my friends that feels scary enough to be tense in a fun way, and approachable enough to not scar me for life!

The premise where the characters are trying to become SpookTubers is brilliant, and allowing us to film and save the videos created through game play is great fun!

TLDR: Donut County is full of cute art and character, despite being so short a game. I found it charming and fun as an adult, and I suspect kids would love it as well.

---

I brought it seeking a Katamari Damacy type experience, a sort of puzzle game and satisfying collectathon. Donut County however isn't a matter of 'how' and 'if' you can collect something in the hole, but more 'when' - you must empty the screen before you continue to the next stage. But, it does have more explicit puzzles, which I found simple, but did make me stop and think for a minute.

I would be totally confident in letting a young child play Donut County. it reminds me of some of the computer games I grew up playing as a kid, and I think I would have had even more fun playing at that age.

By far the best pigeon dating simulator I have ever played. I may be safe in claiming this as this is the only one in existance. But even if someone were to try and replicate this jewel, they would not come close to the hilarity and ridiculousness of the one and only Hatoful Boyfriend.
