After being a big fan of the films and re-watching all 3 multiple times and being actually hyped for the game, it sucks to say this game actually blows.

The AI is beyond garbage, you can be stood perfectly still and still cause aggro across the current section of the map even with Mic detection off. Generic level AI that always knows where you are but just waits next to you constantly for a trigger instead of being adaptive. Lots of very boring and very repetitive level puzzles to complete. Very well detailed graphics, very atmospheric game. The asthma mechanic is actually just straight up terrible, drains during unavoidable points like climbing ladders or squeezing through walls that you have to go up or through that are almost like tiny mini cut scenes. The "Asthma stamina" being within a 200 mile radius of the creature drains it quicker than a truckers balls in a hooker. The gross yellow paint mechanic is in this game, forced paths you have to take, instead of being able to attempt to sneak over an object that's only 1 foot tall you're forced to detour around the entire section of the map just to get on the other side of that object most of time. First hour of the game felt great, really enjoyable. Rest of it just felt very very repetitive and like a chore. Very boring. Definitely a game I would of waited for a 50% or more off sale to purchase.

Nothing like the original at all, melee damage feels very inconsistent even when aiming for the head while stood on a platform above the zombies. Guns feel as if they're not even shooting on target when stood still and crouching which makes me think hitboxes are insanely broken. No performance issues for me personally like others claim I had it on VHigh settings with 80+ fps running it on a 4070 & i5-13600KF.

Absolutely full of bugs to the point it would make this list endless. Just didn't find the game fun personally, made no sense on what to do or how to extract my character.

100% let this game bake before buying, don't let the nostalgia of NMRIH 1 suck you into this. Its nothing like the original. Hopefully I can rebuy this game and change my review to a positive in the future.

This game is beyond a joke at this point, player base is dead game has more bugs than actual Terminids and renders it completely unplayable a fair amount of the time. AH are too busy rushing out broken missions and useless content rather than fixing their game. I used to love this game but now I cant stand it, fix your stuff AH. I'd avoid this at all costs right now, you're paying to play a "finished" game not to be their QA testers fix your stuff AH its embarrassing.

Top tier game, top tier remake. Incredibly well optimised and worth a buy at full price.

Great DLC imo, performance is pretty good on my end. Loving the new graphics on planets and atmospheres. Cant wait for it to be updated and ironed out more and more as it ages.

Just a bit rubbish really, boring and repetitive. Only good thing about it was the sound track. I wouldnt pay full price at all, defo sale price. The AI is probably the most idiotic AI i've seen in a game in a long time beyond modern AAA standards.

Optimisation is absolutely tragic

Probably the best game i've brought in years, if shooting and blowing ♥♥♥♥ up is your jam then I highly recommend this game.
