I play this game for the plot.

Very similar to Dwarf Fortress, but with a Science Fiction setting, a much more accessible interface, and a far simpler combat system. It's Modding scene is very active with a built in mod-manager and the gameplay can be as complicated or as simple as you like. The game is best played with a few mods for extra features and ease of use, but is fun even lacking any mods. If you like strategy and base building games and don't mind the occasional spike in difficulty than this game is a must buy.

This is a good game that is fun while also being good background material for podcast listening

It has classic in the title for a reason. And that reason is that they made another game with the same name. But real ♥♥♥♥, it good, buy it then play it into the ground.

This is a great game, even with its glitches I would recommend it to anyone. 4 words. Super Smash with Guns.
