If you want to stay at home for hours upon hours, buy this game plus the dlc (or the subscription)
This game covers historical and alt-history which makes the game highly customisable, every game you play will be different with a few "railroaded" events which makes the game not go insanely random
Its a bit difficult for new players and it takes a long time to master
sure the game is old, sure its kinda ugly, but there is beauty in uhhhh numbers going up and colours changing

TLDR:
In this game you can waste hours on just looking at a map change colours, but where is the fun in that you might ask?

YES.
