Been playing this game for nearly 4 years, and I enjoy playing it to this day. Despite it having updates released a lot less often anymore, it's still a fun game I like to play in my free time. Classes are rather straight-forward to learn, though trying to "master" a class can be a bit hard. The community can be either chill or hostile (I've had plenty of experiences with both). It can be chill with the people you hear while playing, or it can be hostile through text whenever you kill someone or accidentally kill a "friendly". Happened to kill friendlies plenty of times, and usually most of them usually take it very seriously and type angry message after message, or even try to get your team to vote kick you.

Anyway, this game is a nice game to play in your free time, and it's rather easy to get into. It can also depend on if the lobby is welcoming or filled with typical kids that take the game more seriously than what it should be (like a casual match of CTF).
