To my surprise, this was a very good and enjoyable game. Loved the characters, loved the different planets and absolutely loved the ending!

FINALLY. Played the game when it first came out for PS3. Catherine is an amazing and unique puzzle game combined with your typical ATLUS social interactions. For the asked price there is absolutely no reason not to buy it.

Been a lifelong Final Fantasy fan. Doesn't matter, Yakuza is well worth it.

Amazing game. Been a MH fan for a long time and I am so happy that it finally came out for PC for once. The screwed up the Multiplayer Part when doing Story missions for the first time, but other than that I am already in love with the game.

Good game, it isn't Persona, but it's a good Action-RPG nonetheless.

Long story short: Act I to III is very good. The game is a lot of fun and anyone who is into LOTR or open-world games should definitely get this game. The loot boxes are a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ business practice but are by no means necessary to 100% the game, even on the hardest difficulty. It took me 43h to completely finish the game + 75% of the achievements, so I'd say that's fair.

Now, normally I'd give a game like this a solid 8 or 9 out of 10, HOWEVER they really messed up with Act IV.
Act IV is such a repetitive, grindy, boring part of the game but is required if you want to see the true ending. They artificially extended the length of the game with Act IV. That's why I would rate this game a 7 out of 10, because Act IV is just a tedious mess.

Honestly, this is a great game already. The performance is continuously getting better with weekly performance updates. Content is being added on a monthly basis and the roadmap for this game looks promising.

I am at almost 300h now and I am still enjoying this game a lot. Solo, Duo and Squad(3-4 people) mode are all playing completely differently. Squad is especially interesting because you have to figure out how your team mates are playing, otherwise you will be screwed pretty fast. It's a game that has restored my faith in early access games.

10/10 would spend 30 bucks for chicken dinner again.
