Great game, unique, steep skill curve, you're able to play it the way you want (they call it "sandbox extraction shooter" i think). It's got a couple of flaws, the new UI sucks, but the new map is absolute lit. All in all 9/10, will play again, and again, and again, and again...

Sony actually listened to the Helldivers 2 fan base and is not gonna enforce PSN linking! What a win for managed democracy and gamers all over the world! Keep on diving!

F*ck this game.
It is very hard, it takes forever, mechanics are hard to figure out, and every single mistake you make well be punished, i.e. you´ll most likely die and have to try the dungeon again. With an attempt easily taking like two hours this can and will get long and frustrating.
If you enjoyed the board game or got lotsa spare time and like to really challenge yourself, this might be for you, otherwise I wouldn´t recommend it.

Cant recommend. Originally locked behind paywall content now not available at all anymore. Means that every dungeon feels the same, you only fight orcs and vampires, and with a little luck ighting vampires more and more vampires will spawn, as it's an rng based event that can happen anytime while youre in the dungeon. such a ight can eat all your resources, forcing you to travel back to the starting area and start grinding or money again. until you run into your next vampire marathon. game is way to monotonous or that.

Enjoy 4x games, but get bored by diplomacy, religion and the likes? Want more action faster? This is for you!

Simp for anything Warhammer 40k universe and would like to have the choice to play as Necron or Orcs or Aeldar or T'au or Chaos or some of the different human factions? This is for you!

Don't have 10 hours to spare to get a grasp of the game and days of play time to pour into this, or unwilling to space one round of this game over two weeks? Rather stay away from this.

Someone said it´s the closest thing to the table top you can play on PC, dunno about that, never played the table top, but I know I´ve had this game for five days now and played 30 hours already and I love it!

Takes a while to get into but fun

Was looking for a shooter to play with friends, unfortunately I was hit with the Offline Bug. Researched for three hours and tried every possible solution, it´s a pity but it´s impossible to play for me, the game thinks I am offline and I can´t do anything about it.
Edit: Tried again, as I thought after a year or so maybe they fixed the Offline Bug. Nope, still unable to play. Reading lots of negative reviews about servers being bad and desynching, so I guess I actually dodged a bullet.

Be aware of what this is before you buy it. If you end up not liking it or posting a negative review, you obviously haven´t made up your mind. That fault´s on you, not on the peaceful mountain.

Love this game. It´s super relaxing and beautifully made, even if graphics aren´t top notch. It takes a little getting into game mechanics, before I did even the easiest difficulty was hard. But once I got a basic grasp of what planets to harvest, how to make credits trading with aliens and how to avoid breaking ship and lander too much progress was really breezy. I just managed to get home for the first time and it´s the most satisfied I have ever been finishing a game. Very much looking forward to play it on higher difficulties!
